As someone who has worked with students of all levels and backgrounds (including at-risk youth), I'm a strong believer in meeting students where they're at, and tailoring my teaching style to each student's unique needs.
We'll learn the ins and outs of electronic music production, digital DJing, music appreciation, ear training and more, with a strong emphasis on incorporating play and fun into the music-making process. These lessons are intended to help students improve not only their technical skills, but also develop their artistic voices and visions!
As much as possible, I like to make learning fun, dynamic, and exciting! I enjoy coming up with creative activities and lesson plans to encourage students to think outside of the box.
Instruction available for GarageBand and Ableton Live.
