About Elijah

I’m a resident physician at Stanford Health Care with a Medical Degree (M.D.) from Brown Medical School and over a decade of tutoring experience. My academic and professional background reflects a deep commitment to excellence, clear communication, and student success. I’ve helped students achieve top scores through structured guidance, thoughtful mentorship, and a strong foundation in the sciences and standardized test preparation.

About the lesson

As a Stanford psychiatry resident and graduate of Brown Medical School, I bring over a decade of tutoring experience across subjects like chemistry, biology, the ACT, SAT, and AP exams.

My approach is rooted in the Socratic method. Each lesson blends active dialogue with targeted practice questions to reinforce knowledge and build confidence. Additionally, I tailor sessions to each student’s learning style and goals, to ensure their experience is optimized.

Whether you're aiming for mastery or a competitive edge, I’ll help you get there!
