About Laurène
State-certified coach in fitness professions with weightlifting / bodybuilding and group lessons, I practice my profession in the fields of sport, health and well-being. My goal is to support you to improve or regain your physical shape. Long a competitor in athletics and passionate about many activities such as skiing, water sports and running: at 31 years old, I will make you benefit of my sporting experience and my values.
