About Max
I am a business graduate who has extensive experience in speaking with other people, younger and older about their stressful situations and have a maturity beyond my years. My peers and colleagues tell me I am an excellent listener and am always able to put a positive spin on things. Over the years, I have liaised with a range of people from those suffering from stress and fatigue, to more serious mental health conditions. I adapt my approach depending on each individual.

My teaching methodology comes from a combination of my own experience, knowledge and a range of analogies that I have found to work on others as well as myself. The most important thing for me is that my teaching comes from what I believe works and thus my positive mindset is stemmed from this.
