About Siobhan
I'm passionate about movement! With a particular fondness for running, dance, and an interest in sporting injuries, I have a range of experience in exercise prescription for athletes, survivors or breast cancer, patients with lung disease, and the general population. If you're looking to get fitter, recover from an injury, or measure your sports performance goals, I am here to help. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist, I specialize in periodised training programs for endurance athletes, and correcting strength and movement for both athletes and the general population in order to rehabilitate injuries and prevent recurrences. With a strong background in research, I aim to provide up-to-date, evidence-based training.

I recognize that every individual is different; no one person responds the same to training. You can achieve optimal health and performance. I have a strong background in exercise physiology and rehabilitation science, and am still active as a contributing researcher on projects related to rehabilitation for lung disease and back pain. As such, you can expect cutting-edge, evidence-based training when working with me.
