I have been associated with the fitness industry for 7 years and I have been working as a professional for the last 3 years. I have been an athlete and I have gone through the trenches myself.
I use a very scientific approach to my work. Using scientific principles and methodologies I will guide you in your fitness journey or help you with buildup your athletic prowess. I have a Diploma in sports management and various other relevant certifications which involve

I understand that everyone is different and everyone has different needs. I specialise in creating personalized workout and diet chart according to your needs.
I will be reviewing your performance after the end of each week and month. I create plyometrics program for my athletes and setup proper periodisation for them. If you are willing to work hard, I assure you that I will deliver results 100%.
