About George
I'm an engineering student that focuses on the science behind strength training. I specialize in powerlifting having experience both in strength training and programming. However, I can work on the bodybuilding part as well. My lifts in powerlifting are up to a national level with Deadlift - 195 Kgs , Squats - 165 Kgs , Bench Press - 110 Kgs at a body weight of 72 kgs. These are soon to be broken :)
