My past personal experience with stress is definitely useful in understanding approaches. However, it is my specific training as within Occupational Therapy that provides the skill set to share and adapt techniques to suit individuals.
I have always thrived in providing the best for all clients, personalising and developing around their needs, and continue to practice this consistently.
