Rohit is my yoga teacher since 8 months. He is very enthusiastic towards teaching yoga. Since I have started yoga, it has helped me calm my self and with my flexibility. He considers my mental situation and takes that pace for yoga sessions. Even after an extended session I have never felt sore muscles. I would recommend him to anyone who would like a patient yoga teacher.
I first met Rohit during our Yoga Teacher Training course, and we have continued practice together through online sessions.
What I love most is his honest and patient approach, he never rushes and gives you the proper time to breathe in every asana.
Beyond traditional yoga, he incorporates Animal Flow, which has significantly helped me build functional strength.
