About Teacher Syuan
Hi! I am a Mandarin tutor based in Malaysia who helps adult learners and beginners speak Mandarin confidently in real-life situations.
I work with students from different backgrounds, including working adults, expats, language teachers, and complete beginners. My focus is to help students overcome the fear of speaking and express themselves more naturally step by step.
My teaching style is patient, interactive, and communication-focused. I believe language learning should be practical and enjoyable, not just memorizing vocabulary and grammar rules.

My lessons focus on real communication, not memorizing random phrases or grammar drills. I use a simple, results-oriented framework designed specifically for adult professionals, expats, and complete beginners:
THINK — Know what you want to say
️ EXPRESS — Say it naturally (mixing languages is okay at first)
ADJUST — Improve step-by-step with guidance
Lessons include daily conversations, role-play, listening practice, and real-life survival situations—such as introducing yourself, ordering food, asking for directions, getting a haircut, shopping, and more. Even complete beginners can start speaking from day one.
