About Ridhi
I am a 21-year-old girl, an Art History Graduate from Banaras Hindu University. I am a very empathetic and determined person and this is the result of me practising yoga from a very small age. Yoga Has helped me to achieve all the things I have desired for. It has made me dedicated and has improved my concentration skills because of which I have been a stellar performer throughout my academics.

I have been practising Yoga since class 7th. I was The head of the Yoga club in my school and have won many competitions for the same. I have been helping people in Growing in their Flexibility and also making them strengthen their core.
I help people with their personal health problems and provide them with a customised yoga routine for their health according to their requirements. Yoga helps to achieve everything in life in a better way and so I help people to do so with my skills by teaching them proper aasans and healing techniques.
I have a lot of Experience so I will Help you to overcome your problems in the best way I could. You will not regret contacting me.
