I first begin by understanding each student of my class. And then I draft the methodology based on my analysis as each student requires different level of attention. To not make it monotonous, I also take regular tests, initiate discussions in class and ask frequent questions. I also make sure I make them exam ready by asking them to make proper notes which I regularly check.
