My teaching method is based on interactive sessions which means that my students get an environment in which they feel comfortable and can without hesitation ask any doubts. I would make sure that my students don't feel stressed about the subject- History ( which most of the students feel like) by teaching in a more creative way so that they can learn and grasp the knowledge without just mugging up the facts.

She is wonderful and excellent .
According to me, a teacher must be both knowledgeable and supportive, and Gracy has both the qualities. She is an easy to approach person, so no students will have any doubts left in there minds. She has a good hold on her communication skills and is no stranger to hardwork.
That's why I believe Gracy will prove an excellent mentor.Gracy is extremely dedicated, hardworking and thorough with her work. She has a deep knowledge of history and would do a great job teaching others.
