About Jodie
I'm a student at Maynooth University, currently studying English and Irish with the aim of becoming a secondary school teacher. I’ve always had a love for language – how we express ourselves, how we connect through stories and communication – and I want to share that passion with the next generation. Working in a Gaelscoil has shown me the importance of encouraging students in a supportive and inclusive way. I love seeing that moment when something "clicks" for a student – when they gain confidence and start to believe in themselves. Teaching, to me, is about more than passing on knowledge – it's about building relationships, guiding learning, and helping young people realize their potential.

Hi! I'm currently studying English and Irish at Maynooth University with the goal of becoming a secondary school teacher. I also work in a Gaelscoil in Maynooth, which has given me great experience working with students and using Irish in a school setting. I'm passionate about both subjects and love helping others grow in confidence and ability.
