About Isabelle
I have only recently left school this summer and achieved two A*'s and an A in English Literature, Drama and Theatre Studies and Biology. While at Sixth form I entered in a peer mentoring course and so have lots of experience teaching others. I am currently in my gap year attending an internship with the Bristol Old Vic Theatre as a theatre maker. I am also a workshop assistant for their young company and predominantly work with children 14-17

I mainly teach GCSE and A-level students. I have studied Inspector Calls, A Christmas Carol, Romeo and Juliet, Frankenstein, A Handmaids Tale, A Streetcar Named Desire, Othello and various other poetry collections. I tailor my lessons to each student and their needs. I like to focus on exam technique and teach it as we study the text.

Isabelle tutored me a few years ago for my GCSEs. I didn’t like English but her lessons were good. She went at a pace I was comfortable with and I ended up achieving the grades to get into my sixth form of choice. I would definitely recommend :) x
