About Poppy
I’m currently doing a degree in english lit and philosophy and I am genuinely passionate about both of these things. I understand that not everyone will share this passion but I want to be able to try and at least use it to make lessons more engaging. Due to my age and level of education then I believe that I will be able to relate to students and understand their experience given that I studied much of the same material while at school and am still in education.

My lessons focus on helping the student achieve their goals regardless of what these goals are and on the students capabilities instead of attempting to reach a grade threshold that may not be attainable for all. I aim to teach in a way that works for your learning style and will adapt lessons to this. If you have any neurodivergencies or learning disabilities then I will be considerate of that and work with you to help you learn in a way that suits you.
