About Madison
Throughout high school and my 3 semesters thus far of undergrad, I have maintained a 4.0 with the balance of a social life, participating in sports and clubs, and volunteering in my community. I have held management positions, leadership roles, and spent time as a peer counselor in an education setting. I will be able to provide clear and comprehensive tutoring with the ability of building rapport and a trusting relationship along the way.

As a tutor, my teaching method includes reviewing notes and lectures to help build a strong foundation of learning. Following that, I will prioritize teach-back methods and real-life examples to help solidify a comprehensive understanding of the material that will remain in the student's long-term memory. Since I am currently a student in the modern education system, I have recent experience of taking standardized exams and applying to universities. I also have experience searching for a balance between extracurriculars while maintaining a good standing in school. My lessons are curated to high school students hoping to attend college with a focus in medicine, as well as undergraduate nursing students taking their health science requirements.
