About Alannah
I’m currently in my final year of secondary school (S6), and I’ve completed eight National 5 subjects and five Highers. Balancing school, grades, hobbies, and a social life definitely isn’t easy — but I’ve managed to stay on top of it all through consistency, good habits, and self-motivation. As someone who’s recently gone through National 5s and Highers, I understand how overwhelming it can feel at times. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other students succeed — not just by teaching the material, but by sharing study strategies, exam tips, and support that actually works.

Hi there! I offer affordable, hour-long tutoring sessions for students studying National 5 Mathematics and/or Biology anywhere in Scotland, either online or in person. I’ve found that many students benefit from learning with someone close in age who understands what they’re going through and has recently been in their shoes. The act of having to balance a number of different subjects successfully whilst making time for themselves and hobbies is a difficult task to navigate, but not impossible! My goal is to help build confidence in the area of study, reinforce understanding, and achieve full potential — no matter the current level or understanding. It’s always best to start early and stay ahead. With effort, consistency, and the right support, anyone can achieve great results. My sessions are: Based on my own thorough, structured notes from Nat 5 and the given SQA course structure and knowledge requirements. Tailored to learning style and goals.
