About Tamika
I am a Bachelor of Arts Student. My voice is Mezzo-Soprano and I come from a strong background in vocal performance. I have performed in numerous choirs and was selected for Regional and All-State Choirs in Connecticut, developing a solid foundation in vocal technique, musicianship, and ensemble performance. In addition to my music background, I have taught internationally in Poland through the Angloville program, where I worked in two immersive English-learning programs supporting students through conversation-based instruction. I bring a firm, structured, and supportive approach to both voice and English lessons, helping students build confidence, technical skill, and clear progress in a respectful learning environment.

With the Student, we will create fun, confidence-boosting voice lessons tailored to each student. We focus on healthy technique, expression, and real progress through interactive exercises and songs you love.
**First Voice Lesson Plan (30–45 minutes):**
Quick check-in and goal chat, gentle vocal warm-ups, voice assessment through simple exercises or a short song, focused technique tip, fun practice activity, and wrap-up with feedback, encouragement, and a clear goal for next time.
As a TEFL-certified tutor with 3 years of experience, I focus on clear communication, real-world language use, and steady progress through interactive speaking, reading, and writing activities.
**First English Lesson Plan (30–45 minutes):**
Friendly introductions and level check, goal-setting discussion, short speaking or reading activity, focused language tip, guided practice, and wrap-up with feedback, encouragement, and a clear takeaway to build confidence for the next lesson.
Each and every one of my lessons are supportive, energetic, and judgment-free—perfect for beginner to intermediate learners, and singers who want to grow and enjoy using their voice.
