About Isabelle
I’ve been practicing yoga for 5 years and am currently working on becoming an instructor by completing 200 hr YTT. Sharing knowledge while gaining experience is a perfect way to grow! I’m a student at CSUF with many passions including yoga, psychology, and rock climbing!

My teaching approach is to show people how to listen to what their body has to tell them. Taking a yoga class that practices mindfulness can help get to know yourself and find calmness in who you are and where you want to be in your practice.
