I think every child is different and God gifted. They are not Equal as we think something. So, I provide tution to the children after being a friend of them. As I mentioned that children are not Equal so, by understand their ability I start teaching. Firstly, I start a lesson , teach by telling stories, after finishing it, I take exam on that particular lesson. Then , teach another one. After that, I recaptulate all the lesson and take surprise exam.
As I'm from Bengali medium background sometimes I used Bengali language also..
