About Jack
I believe technology should be accessible to everyone. Helping people gain confidence with computers from sending emails and using word processors to browsing the internet safely and managing files opens up real opportunities for work, communication, and independence. I enjoy breaking complex ideas into simple steps and watching students progress from hesitant to capable users. Teaching these skills lets me make a practical, positive difference in people’s lives, reduce frustration and digital exclusion, and keep my own knowledge fresh as technology evolves. I’m patient, encouraging, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where every student feels able to learn at their own pace.

I understand that many learners may feel nervous about using computers, and I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment. I am reliable, organised, and committed to helping students develop practical skills they can use in everyday life and the workplace.
