About Magdalena
I’m Magdalena, a study skills and wellbeing coach supporting university students and adults. I help learners stay organised, motivated and balanced through practical strategies and a calm, supportive approach.
I’m currently completing a Life Coaching certification and studying Business and Innovation, which strengthens my understanding of motivation, productivity and modern learning methods. I also hold qualifications in personal training, nutrition and TEFL, allowing me to support students in a holistic way — academically, mentally and physically.
I’m an open, positive person who enjoys connecting with people. I like to keep the atmosphere light, and once we get to know each other better, I’m always happy to share a laugh or add a bit of humour to our sessions. I believe learning feels easier when you feel comfortable and understood.
My sessions are warm, structured and focused on simple steps that lead to real progress. If you want to improve your study habits, build confidence or create healthier routines, I’m here to help.

My lessons are designed to help students and adults study more effectively, stay motivated and build healthier routines. Each session is personalised, practical and focused on real progress.
During our lessons, we work on:

stress management — reducing overwhelm and improving focus
healthy routines — habits that support learning, energy and motivation
I combine academic support with wellbeing coaching, so you not only learn how to study, but also how to feel better while studying. Thanks to my background in personal training, nutrition and TEFL, I can support you in a holistic way — academically, mentally and physically.
