About Jacob
I am a student of English Literature in my final year of university. I took English Literature and Language at A-Level and received an A grade in both. I have a passion for both aspects, however I tend to prefer the Literature side, and so this led me to pursue my degree.
I have tutored both primary and secondary pupils before on a very casual basis. Although now my degree is finishing and I am looking to teach as a career, I would love to get some great experience on SuperProf to enrich my CV and help pupils achieve the grades they want in the process!

I completed my GCSE and A-Level exams in English within the last five years, so I know how challenging they can be… and I know exactly how to nail them!
I can assist in a variety of areas; whether that be improving a pupil’s critical skills when analysing texts, helping them structure an essay in a concise manner or simply talking them through materials they struggle with.
I aim to identify any gaps in a pupils knowledge to help them do their absolute best!
