About Ashley
I have been playing classical guitar for over 8 years and bass guitar for 3 years. I have been in various school and community ensembles and groups and have even played bass in a musical. Music is a huge part of my life and my love for guitar is something that I want to share with others. I want to give other young people the wonderful opportunities I got to experience as a young musician such as attending the Queensland Music Festival and the State Honours Ensemble Program, as well as finding a love and passion for both classical guitar and music.

Lessons are typically 30 minutes in length but longer lessons are also available. My teaching methods change to suit your needs, and I'd love to hear what works best for you to help me improve the way in which I teach. I also incorporate basic theory into the lessons to ensure students have a good understanding of basic music terminology and are able to grow as musicians and play to the best of their ability. I have done a small amount of guitar teaching previously for a short period of time while I was in high school and love sharing my passion for guitar and music with others. I teach students from all ages from beginner to intermediate levels.
