About Namrata
I am an Sports professional, i have completed my M.Phil, Master and Bachelor degree in Physical education from LNCPE, Kerala plus i have cleared UGC-NET for lectureship. I teach student how to be physically strong and fit, how to improve personal growth of the overall body, the intake of nutrition required at certain age, perform the activity with different equipment and develop all the loco motors skills of an individual.

My teaching methodology is purely is base on the need of the individual. I structure the programme as per the need and the requirement of the student. I add up funtional activity, circuit workout, agility and speed, eye and hand coordination techniques and full body strength and conditioning.
