About Gargi
Hello, I am Gargi Tokas an international student at The University of Western Australia, enrolled into Bachelor of Advanced Computer Science- International Cybersecurity.
I am in search of a part-time job while I study in Australia and I believe online tutoring will be the best use of my talent and knowledge while bringing me a side income to support my living expenses.
I am a devoted and bright student and can guide and help students of grade 5th to 10th in academic subjects like- computers/IT, science, and mathematics.
I can take up online sessions 6pm onwards on weekdays and 10 am onwards on weekends. Time and duration for the sessions can be discussed according to the needs of the student and extra sessions may be conducted during exam season.

I have no professional experience in tutoring, but I can assure you that I can explain a concept in the simplest way possible.
Since high school I have been a devoted and bright student and my high school grades testify this-99% in Computer Science, 95% in Maths, 97% in Physics, 95% in Chemistry and 95% in English.
I have always followed a methodical way of learning and understanding the concepts.
Apart from explaining the basic concepts I can guide on how to make notes and mind-maps for quick revision.
Advise you on how to prepare for the exams in a way which is less trying and stressful.
All my schoolmates and friends believed in me and my notes, be it for last day preparation or last minute revision before the exam. During the preparation break I used to conduct group study sessions where I would explain and revise the important topics, solve sample papers and conduct quizzes.
I can give lessons to students of classes 5th to 10th in subjects like computers, science, and maths. The length of the lessons may range from 1.5 to 2 hr (can be discussed)
I will provide online lessons on google meet or zoom meeting.
Explain topics and lessons as per the needs and understanding of the students, using self made notes, ppts and other animations. Conduct regular tests and quizzes to make learning fun and interactive.
Apart from that I would guide the students on how to make their own notes based upon their personal learning and understanding capabilities.
Students are just required to provide me with their syllabus and examination pattern and rest of the things will be take care of by me.
I have a helping and friendly nature. I can patiently resolve any doubts or queries and explain and re-explain lessons until the student is satisfied and fells that the concept is now on his/her fingertips.
I have also been a student aspiring to learn and score well in my exams. I can put myself in place of the students and understand what kind of help and tutoring they need in order to understand concepts in a good way and make learning a fun job rather than a forceful burden.
I assure that you will enjoy the sessions and learn in the simplest and best way possible.
