About Brieanna
As an honor graduate of the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (GPA 3.74), and a current Master’s candidate in Elementary Education at Western Governors University, I bring both academic excellence and practical classroom experience to my tutoring.
I currently serve as a Building Substitute Teacher at the middle school level, where I provide instruction across multiple grade levels and subject areas. This role requires adaptability, strong classroom management, and the ability to quickly build trust with students — skills that directly strengthen my effectiveness as a tutor.
My background in psychology allows me to understand how students think, learn, and overcome challenges. I do not simply explain material; I teach in a way that builds deep understanding and lasting confidence. I am patient, structured, and highly organized, ensuring that each session is purposeful and productive.
Students and families can expect professionalism, reliability, and clear communication. I maintain high standards while creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes — because that is where real learning happens.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but to help them believe in their abilities and develop skills that will serve them long after our sessions end.
