About Jonathan
I am a Substitute teacher that teaches grades 6 - 12. I have also been tutoring college students for 2015. My specialty is Financial Accounting but I have also tutored in Marketing, Management, and Economics. I also work well with grade school students and I am very good at explaining mathematical topics.

I find that I have the best results when I find a way to explain the subject in a way that relates to the student. For instance, when explaining the subject of debits and credits to college students, I liken it to a bar tab and how a credit is any time they order a drink, therefore, the amount they owe at the end of the night is increased. A debit, however, is reflected each time a payment is made towards the tab, so if they were to start off the night by paying $50 towards their tab in advance, their balance at the bar would be positive $50, but if they order 6 drinks all costing $10 dollars each their balance is now negative $10.
