I’m a successful pro singer/ actor/ musician with a master's degree in Music, and an aspiring academic; soon to start a PhD in Music Sociology. I have over 10 years industry experience covering musical theatre, straight theatre, tv/film, session musicianship, concert touring, songwriting, recording, musical direction and tuition.

My approach is very practical but holistic, and I try to help students understand that the body and the mind is an extension of a person’s instrument. Understanding music technically is very important but of equal importance is the emotional connection to the music and to the instrument itself.
