About Maya
I’m a final-year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Bath. During my A Levels, I was unwell and relied on weekly tutoring to catch up on missed content. Without that support, I would have had to retake a year at school. Now, as I approach the end of my degree, I want to offer the same help to other students. I know how valuable one-to-one support can be, so I always take the time to understand each student’s individual needs and tailor my teaching accordingly.

I adapt my teaching to suit each student’s learning style and needs. In a typical one-hour session, we’ll begin with key theory, then move on to practice questions to apply what we've covered. Whether you're finding a subject challenging or aiming for top marks, my main goal is to help you build confidence in your abilities. I have experience tutoring GCSE Chemistry and Maths, and also offer support in Physics. My lessons are aimed at secondary school students at any level up to and including GCSEs. About me: University of Bath final year Chemical Engineering student A Level Maths (A*), Chemistry (A), Physics (A) GCSE nine 9s and two 8s Enhanced DBS checked - adults and children
