About Emma
I have worked in education for over ten years and enjoy finding fun and engaging ways to teach and learn. I use quizzes and games online to review learning outcomes and provide hands-on activities to help you understand the topics being taught. I encourage all my students to achieve hard things, and I always aim to explain things in a way you will understand.

I believe in a tailored approach to teaching and learning, as all learners are different. I believe in using a strengths-based approach to learning and begin all sessions by ascertaining the students' strengths and preferred learning styles. From here, I tailor the teaching to the student.
The typical length of a lesson varies between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the student's age.
I have qualifications in Early Childhood Education and am currently in my final year of studying for my Bachelor of Primary Education, specialising in Science.
I teach all year levels between Prep to Year 6 and base all lessons on the achievement standards and outcomes from the Australian Curriculum.
