About Tessa
My teaching methodology focuses on flexibility, collaboration, and creativity to make learning guitar engaging and effective. I adapt each lesson to fit the student’s skill level, goals, and learning pace, ensuring they feel comfortable and motivated throughout the process. I encourage collaboration, where students can ask questions, share ideas, and actively participate in their learning journey.
Beyond guitar, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, and songwriting, helping students build a well-rounded understanding of music. My goal is to nurture both technical skills and a genuine love for music in every student.

I am a dedicated guitar tutor with 3 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning enjoyable, interactive, and tailored to each student’s pace and goals. I emphasize building a strong foundation in technique and music theory while encouraging creativity through improvisation, composition, and exploring different musical styles.
I aim to help students not only improve their guitar skills but also develop confidence and a genuine love for music. Over the years, I have guided students to perform at local events, complete exams successfully, and achieve personal musical milestones. Watching my students grow and express themselves through music is the most rewarding part of my work.
