I like bringing softness and harmony around me. I invite others to become aware of their personal energy as well as subtle energies. I really enjoy working with the breath, I include a lot of "breathwork" / "pranayamas" in my lessons. Our breath is a generator of life and by practicing it in a conscious way it can be a powerful tool to regenerate our cells, manage our emotions, our mind and calm or stimulate our energy. Travel, nature and the path of the sacred feminine have been great lessons in my personal history, today I try to share my experience in the most authentic way possible and to invite others on the path of healing to find their own. personal power and to radiate our true nature.
