• My teaching methods are simplified, interactive, and personalized to meet the needs of special education students. I break down knowledge into manageable steps (for example, teaching a word by associating it with a student's favorite toy). I also use visual aids (picture cards, animated shorts) and gamification (matching games, reward stickers) to maintain student focus. I adjust the pace of instruction to accommodate students with varying learning speeds—slowing down for students who need more practice and adding simple extensions for faster learners. • Each online course lasts 30-45 minutes and is divided into three sections to accommodate the attention spans of special education students: - 5-10 minutes: Warm-up (reviewing previous content through songs or games) - 20-25 minutes: Teaching new content (focusing on key points and interactive exercises) - 5 minutes: Wrap-up (a brief review with positive feedback) • Currently an undergraduate student with two years of experience tutoring special education students. I tutored eight students with special education needs, helping them improve basic study skills (e.g., verbal communication needs) and foundational academic abilities (e.g., recognizing simple characters/numbers). • My online course is for children aged 4-8 and is suitable for beginners (those with no prior structured learning experience). The course focuses on helping students build basic communication skills (verbal communication, understanding simple instructions) and knowledge related to daily life (recognizing common objects, understanding everyday activities).
