About Gillian
I can increase my perceived credibility by: Forging trusting relationships with my students. Knowing my stuff, teaching it well and effectively managing my students' behaviour. Being passionate about what i teach, about being a teacher, and about helping each of my students succeed. I inspire confidence to my students by reflecting on my teaching strengths and celebrating them I build a sense of self-worth and belief, which ultimately leads to confidence.

As a tutor while teaching i use life experiences, i use feedback and practice and balance time and discussion. I plan for specific learning activities, i plan to assess if my students are understanding, and i create a realistic time line .What sets me apart as a tutor is having integrity, being kind, being a person of my word stick to my promises. I can take up classes up to university level.
