About Magnus
After studying History at Durham University, I spent a year working for a sustainable consultancy before pursuing my career in teaching. I am passionate about improving the academic outcomes of my students and grateful that I can achieve this through a subject that I love!
I am predominantly offering tutoring services in History up to GCSE but would be open to offering support in the other subjects I have listed too.

History should be an inspiring subject both to teach and to study. Over my three years of teaching experience, I have consistently brought passion and commitment to enhance my students’ engagement, enthusiasm and ultimately, attainment.
Having trained with Teach First, I have since taken on Deputy Head of Department roles as well as being Head of House in my current central London school. I have extensive experience teaching History, Geography and Religious Studies to GCSE, as well as Sociology A-Level.
