About Eric
I started training clients as a personal trainer through college, working with youth through older populations on a variety of tasks such as athletic performance, increasing fitness levels, and recovering from lifelong sedentary behavior. In my spare time, I love to get outside and go fishing, mountain biking, and hiking.
