About Yogi Shashank
I understand that starting yoga or meditation with a new teacher can feel uncertain. My goal is to make every student feel safe, guided, and confident from the very first session.
I am a certified yoga instructor and I teach with a structured, method-based approach — not random exercises from the internet. Every practice I give is planned according to the student’s age, health condition, and daily routine. I avoid forcing difficult postures and focus on safe alignment and gradual improvement.

Teaching techniques & methods
My focus is practical and easy-to-follow learning. I don’t start with difficult poses. First I understand the student’s body condition (stiffness, back pain, stress level, breathing habits).
I teach step-by-step:
Correct sitting, standing and breathing
Simple mobility movements (to open joints and muscles)
Basic asanas with proper alignment
Breath control (Pranayama)
Short guided meditation for mental calmness
I explain why we are doing each practice, so students don’t just copy — they understand. I also give small daily habits students can follow at home (5–10 minutes routine).
