My method is trying to connect with the joy of dance and no frustration. Because dance is learn, but most about enjoy. That`s why I start with an active and gentle warm up to prepare the body. Then a series of basic steps from differents dances to get active and fit. Then a little coreography to improve all the learnings.
At the end, we finish with Yoga postures to strecth and relax the body.
A complete journey around culture and amazing movements.
