I am a qualified Yoga teacher with a gift for motivating and inspiring others. I have gained many skills through my management career which I use to support you in your self directed goals. Sharing the practice of yoga and communication works as a spring board to help others overcome their fears and unlock their dreams.

My teaching method is a combination of many depending on what I feel is right for the individual. I use a mix of my own story telling, demonstration, discussion, questioning-answering, role-playing.
I base my classes on self-connection, inner and outer communication and energy flow.
