About David
As a class teacher, I have taught 1-4 grades presenting content for all curricula. As an educational support teacher, I worked with 5th- 8th grade students, primarily students identified with challenges: behavioral, academic, and behavioral. I led high school students in their ability to critical read literature and other writings as well as providing profenciency in academic writing. As a writing center fellow at a liberal arts college, I regularly tutored students in the range of subjects and content necessary to fulfill academic requirements.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pedagogy for Social Change from Pitzer College. I also have a Waldorf Teachers Certification as well as a certification in Transdisciplinary Therapeutic Teaching. I have worked with students ranging from elementary school to college age. I am interactive and infuse lessons with practically relevant content.
