About Elisa
I have been working with the body since childhood. Trained at the dance academy, I have always worked by combining my passion for creation with the more scientific study of the body and its manifestations. I am also a dance therapist as I believe that sometimes the body speaks more than words to tell us who we are, to feel at ease. For this reason, careful work on self-care is fundamental for me, from nutrition to training. I love to share this knowledge that I myself practice about myself.

For years I have been working as a dancer and teacher of both dance and fitness. I have developed customized workouts for those who want to get back in shape, or improve their posture, and for those who want to do an effective and targeted muscle strengthening. In addition to my students the opportunity to know and apply an intense energetic stretching, which not only helps to stretch the muscles, but improves breathing and the balance of internal organs, implementing some principles of Chinese medicine and yoga.
For each his own personalized training following the needs of each individual.
