About Erika
My name is Erika Hart, and I have been a Certified Pharmacy Technician since April 2009. After becoming certified, I went on to become Lead CPhT at CVS Pharmacy in Montgomery, AL. I worked three years as an adjunct Allied Health Professor and seven years as Lead CPhT-Sterile Compounding at a hospital in Birmingham, AL.

My teaching method varies based upon student needs. I am well-versed in teacher-centered methods such as lecturing and direct instruction and also interactive/participative approaches. I can provide whatever method the student needs to succeed. These lessons would be for adult students wanting to pass the PTCE, whether fresh to the pharmacy scene or a seasoned registered pharmacy technician.
