About Paulo
Ever since I was a child, restlessness and questioning have been a defining characteristic of me. I believe that all of this has led me to become who I am: a History teacher - and an eternal student. That is why I value and believe so much in the work I do, since the teacher is a spokesperson for science when he or she is teaching his or her class. This is how I see myself professionally: a disseminator of historical science.

Studying History is an extraordinary path through which we acquire intellectual skills that are quite urgent, especially in the present day: to better understand the country and the world in which we live. Being able to perceive and establish connections between the past and the present is a formidable skill for those who think historically. It is true that studying History helps us write a good essay, be successful in college entrance exams, get good grades in school... However, more than that, studying history also makes us more aware of the world we live in. And all of this becomes even more stimulating when we study History in this way, with a meaning for life.
