If any kid come to me I give him the assurance you will not go out without understanding the concept that is my guarantee to the kid as well as parents.
In online classes I make sure by taking quiz in the end of the topic so I can examine whether the topic is clear or not.

I teaches by giving them theoretical and practical knowledge of particular topic means showing the videos and explaining them. In mathematics I use white boards and equipments to show them how it works. In offline classes I gave personal attention to each one of the kids and make him understood the concept very easily.
