About Paolo Rafael
I have been a Yoga teacher since 2014, and I am also a graduate in Sports Science. I try to combine the ancient discipline of yoga with modern scientific notions of human movement, with the aim of giving my clients the maximum benefits, both from a physical and psychological point of view.

My approach is mainly based on the knowledge and listening to your body: through the correct performance of the yoga positions, mindfulness and concentration on the present moment you can achieve great well-being. Usually I also incorporate in the lessons a part of initial meditation and final relaxation: of course everything revolves around the needs and abilities of the client.
