Xavier makes the time to see and hear his students for exactly who they are. My son was a student of his at Sullivan Elementary. During that time, my son felt safe and acknowledged every day. Xavier has a true passion for inspiring and motivating each child as they enter his classroom, and continues to inspire and motivate others outside the classroom. He is an exceptional leader and excellent advocate for all walks of life. He takes every opportunity to ignite a smile and growth.
