I know the Covid -19 pandemic has left our students years behind and as an educator, it is important to get our students where they need to be academically. I am very focused and passionate about teaching students how to read. I believe in teaching from the concrete to the abstract. I meet the student where they are academically.I will get results! During the 20-21 school year I moved one of my students 9 levels from kindergarten to late second grade reading level.
