About Jacqueline
I’m a Mom, health freak, optimistic, love kids. Especially toddlers. And I love sharing the joy that yoga brings me with others. I always say do what u feel comfortable with. I teach from my heart and my clients have always smiled or told me they feel so much better. I also do one one in special cases and have a flexible schedule.

Usually they take place outside at the VMFA or sometimes in NEW KENT on top of a dock, surrounded by a beautiful lake. While doing yoga I teach children basic life lessons that can be found in the Bible. Ex: treat others the way you want to be treated. I also encourage them to move their bodies in ways that feel right to them. Ages can vary from 2 and up. Parents are welcome too. Classes will last an hour. And cost 25 per person. I can also teach a more advanced yoga on a piece of equipment that I like to call the hexagon.
